Customer Service

 

Everyday is a busy day with work and customer queries regarding their cargo. Keeping track of containers and cargo is a mammoth task for many shipping agents and principles. Riback Management has invested in IT Software in CargPRO and DepotPRO which we are currently using for tracking and reporting of containers. With the use of CargoPRO and DepotPRO, we can now use it to generate Discharge and Load Confirmation Reports which are sent to shipping agents on completion of vessel.

Our customer service team ensures that Discharge and Load information are accurate, and that correct procedures are followed in receiving and delivery of cargoes to and from the main wharf.
